Properties by HER Founder, Christina Schaden Herauf, has managed her own recreational and investment properties, as well as those of her elderly parents for years. Christina knows the importance of providing peace of mind Property Services to property owners, of all ages and experience levels; allowing them to maximize their personal time and other responsibilities.
Christina is a strong believer in, and thus has developed a passion for ensuring homes and properties are well maintained so that real estate investments can be sustained and maximized.

Properties By HER: Property Care Coordinator/Rural Specialist
Lynne has had a rich and flourishing career in Sales and Marketing, which has serendipitously brought out her passion in creating a rural oasis. Her country getaway has been used for family and corporate functions…. from weddings to sports car rallies, she has created a venue that encompasses her vision for a fusion of southern Ontario/Tuscan living! @rockwayfarmhouse
Prior to Lynne’s move to the country, she managed many projects for friends and family in the Oakville/Burlington area. Through her many large- and small-scale projects/renovations, she has gained vast experience in home ownership and maintenance in both an urban and rural setting. Her hands-on approach has solidified her knowledge in the nuances of country living as well as rural property care and maintenance.
Lynne has the desire for a well-maintained property, and firsthand knowledge in what it means to keep a home well cared for. Thus, her attention to detail complements the Properties By HER team, and HER clients.
Rhiannon Bonnick

Rhiannon is an experienced designer, who shares her passion for design with both individual clients as well as corporations. Her projects span the scope of single rooms to boardrooms as well as from interior city dwellings to both coach and boat house exterior and interior designs.
Rhiannon’s portfolio is vast, and her projects have spanned across the GTA, Niagara and Muskoka. Rhiannon understands the importance of truly comprehending her clients’ vision, bringing that to fruition, while simultaneously sharing her industry expertise to ensure that each unique project comes together seamlessly, with results that simply have the “Wow Factor” every time.
Rhiannon has the desire to create calm and inviting spaces and has firsthand knowledge in what it means to keep a home well cared for. Thus, her natural and keen eye, complements the Properties By HER team, and HER clients.
